Conditions of Sales
All of Biomatik's products are only for laboratory research purposes and, are not to be used for any other purposes, including but not limited to, diagnostic purposes, in vivo uses, in foods, drugs, medical devices or cosmetics for humans or animals or for commercial purposes. Buyer acknowledges that the products have not been tested by Biomatik for safety and efficacy in animal, food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial or any other use.
Purchase Terms
Order can be placed with P.O. number or credit card number.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), cheque, or wire transfer.
General payment term: net 30.
Pricing and Shipping Policy
All prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any special handling and packaging charges are excluded and will be added to the invoice.
FOB Biomatik shipping points. Title and risk of loss passes to Customer upon transfer to shipper. Shipping fees will be incurred by customer for partial order shipments. Most of Biomatik products are shipped at ambient temperature.
Return and Replacement Policy
For catalog products, please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number before returning any product. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after shipping date. A restocking fee may be levied depending upon the nature of the return. We reserve the right not to accept the cancellation of orders, unless otherwise expressed in written form.
For custom made products, once an order is accepted by Biomatik, it cannot be terminated without the prior written consent of Biomatik. Custom made products are not returnable. Please refer to terms and conditions specific for different custom products.
Warranties and Liabilities
Biomatik warrants that its products shall conform to the description as provided in our catalog. This warranty is exclusive and Biomatik makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Biomatik’s sole and exclusive liability, with respect to products proved to be Biomatik’s satisfaction to be defective, shall be the replacement of such products without charge or refund of purchase price. Biomatik shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or contingent damages.
