Job description:
The Technical Account Associate (Inside Technical Sales) plays a fundamental role at Biomatik in achieving our customer acquisition and sales growth objectives. Technical Account Associate works with Production Specialist and/or Sales Manager to properly respond to inbound customer inquiries, prepare price quotations and help close deals to achieve sales quotas.
Primary Duties
• Respond to inbound customer questions and inquiries in a timely manner
• Understand and clarify customer requirements, recommend specific products or services based on the customer's needs as part of the quotation preparation process
• Work with Technical Account Manager and/or Production Specialist to prepare price quotations
• Follow up with customers and close customer deals
• Process orders and provide after-sales technical support, including order updates and complaints
• Assist in sales, marketing and business development plan and activities
Why You?? You have:
• Degree or diploma in a life science discipline or equivalent
• Knowledge of organizational methods and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Able to meet baseline routine KPI and comply with work related deadlines
• Able to work on extended hours occasionally under busy circumstances

The Sales & Marketing Manager (Inside Sales & Marketing) is expected to develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and hit sales growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Primary Duties:
• Lead and oversee the technical sales team in sales by providing support and direction in sales inquiries, price negotiations, quotation preparation and troubleshooting order-related problems
• Engage in business development and marketing to expand distributor network, customer base and digital marketplaces
• Conduct market research regularly to identify new opportunities, new products, competition status and other significant factors that would lead to sales opportunities or challenges for the company growth
• Ensure team growth and achieve sales growth by successfully managing the technical sales team through communication, performance monitoring, and reward/recognition plans
• Responsible for attracting, developing and retaining technical sales talent; coaching and performance monitoring of technical sales team members
• Set quarterly and annual sales target, design and implement strategic plans (sales/business development/marketing) to expand company's customer base and meet the sales targets
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Digital Marketing Manager (x1)
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! 3+ years of experience in digital marketing is a MUST.
Job Type: Full-time

Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Stay up to date with all digital and SEO technologies and adjust strategies and tactics to ensure market leadership online
• Build strategy and landing pages to drive inbound leads
• Developing domestic and international digital marketing strategies, aligned with overarching marketing plans
• Marketing execution and deliverables – lead gen, SEO/SEM, paid social and digital campaigns
• Implementing and using marketing automation tools to develop and drive effective lead generation programs

Shipping Associate (x1)

Job description:
The Shipping Associate verifies and receives incoming shipments into inventory with proper storage conditions, and ensures customer orders are shipped and billed accurately and in a timely manner. The Shipping Associate reports to the Operational Lead.
Primary Duties
• Receive and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
• Obtain and prioritize scheduled shipments according to the shipping queue in the system
• Prepare paperwork (e.g. invoices, packing slips, airway bills and customs documents) for shipments
• Pull correct products from inventory
• Handle and dispense chemicals if assigned
• Pack, verify and ship orders with proper shipping documents
• Quality check products while picking and packing
• Verify orders are accurately filled
• Notify customers with shipment tracking# and/or QC data
• Verify and send invoices to customers
• Work with couriers (e.g. FedEx/UPS) to clear customs if needed
• Work with the technical sales team in customer support including shipping status update
• Maintain and order shipping supplies
Job Qualifications:
1. Requires minimum college diploma or equivalent degree.
2. Familiarity with MS Office software or Google Sheets / Docs
3. CRM/Accounting Software experience is an asset
