Position #1: Technical Account Associate (x1)
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: Base salary plus bonus. Base salary is negotiable, depending on experience.

Job Description:
The Technical Account Associate (TAA) takes full responsibility of the daily customer/technical support functions, which handle general and technical inquiries, price quote, order processing and placement. This position does not typically require traveling. Training will be provided.

Job Qualifications:
1. Diploma/Bachelor/Master Degree in a life science discipline or equivalent.
2. Good organizational skills with attention to details.
3. Able to handle heavy workload and work under pressure.

Job Description:
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) takes full responsibility of coordinating, planning and supervising the daily customer/technical support functions, which include general and technical inquiries, price quote, order processing and placement. The Technical Account Manager may take other relevant responsibilities as assigned from time to time. This position does not typically require traveling.

Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor/Master Degree in a life science discipline or equivalent.
2. 3+ years of work experience as technical/sales support, with good closing skills.
3. Good time management skills and able to prioritize workload.

Position #3: Digital Marketing Manager (x1)
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! 3+ years of experience in digital marketing is a MUST.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Base salary plus bonus. Base salary is negotiable, depending on experience.

Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Stay up to date with all digital and SEO technologies and adjust strategies and tactics to ensure market leadership online;
Build strategy and landing pages to drive inbound leads;
Manage the company website performance and content, ensuring optimization for SEO;
Working with communications to ensure blogs and long-form content is optimized for SEO;
Developing domestic and international digital marketing strategies, aligned with overarching marketing plans;
Marketing execution and deliverables – lead gen, SEO/SEM, paid social and digital campaigns;
Implement and manage PPC and retargeting campaigns through GoogleAds, BingAds;
Implementing and using marketing automation tools to develop and drive effective lead generation programs;
Working with our ecommerce experts to continuously develop new ways to generate leads, develop marketing strategy, and generate awareness in the market;
Develop and implement email marketing strategy;
Manage the CRM and automation tools for email and digital marketing

Job Qualifications:
1. Degree in Marketing or IT related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
3. Email marketing, SEO, online and lead generation experience.
4. Innovative and resourceful with the interest and desire to learn.
5. Self-starter and driven to succeed.
6. Analytical with strong attention to detail.
7. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and working under pressure.
8. Work well independently, open to direction and feedback, and enjoy collaborating with teammates.
